Food service and mealtime experience tour

Queensland is leading the way when it comes to new and innovative Food Service systems and patient centred meal-time experiences. We’re offering DA2024 attendees the opportunity to see this in action.

Come on this local tour to see the contemporary food service and meal-time systems in place, including:

  • Kitchen tours – centralised to support room service and decentralised to choice at point of service in purpose built dining rooms
  • On demand meal ordering, including BYOD and bedside patient engagement systems
  • Intake tracking to support malnutrition prevention and waste management
  • Technology assisted delegation to Dietetic Assistants

This is a great opportunity to see various food service models in action, chat with Food Service and Dietetic leaders about the success factors of their models and see the infrastructure and teams that support them in action.

This tour is sponsored by CBORD.

When: Monday 19th August at 10:30 – 2:30pm
